Our Story
Since 1963, we, the Lustig/Vogel family, originally Austrian and German, offer a large variety of European specialties for every taste and every season in our family-run business. Our family butchers Werner and Wolfgang make homemade European-Style sausages, while our family chef Gerald creates weekday daily lunch menus.

Three generations at work
Austrian/German natives Wolfgang Lustig (certified master butcher) immigrated to Montreal, QC, Canada in 1963 with his wife Herta and founded Boucherie Atlantique. Today three generations work together at their flagship store to bring you culinary memories from Europe. Daughter Birgit (hotel management graduate) with her husband Gerald (certified chef) and son Werner (certified master butcher) work tirelessly in their family store. Grandchildren Melanie, Alexander, and Stefan, whom we used to know as little kids have grown into wonderful adults helping wherever they can with their family legacy.
